awww Thank you so much! I am hardly petite, since I am 5 foot 7/8. I was a competitive irish dancer for 10 years until sophomore year of high school so I dealt with the extreme pressures of staying fit and small. But now the only sport I play is volleyball. I have been playing for 4 years now and am in love with the sport. However once the fall season is over I usually do not do any other sport, well tennis in the summer, unless I play in a separate league which I am not right now…. I hate working out and love junk food, and I do not suggest you become like this haha. Like many girls out there I have had my struggles with food, happy to say I am healthy now, but eating the right foods, including junk foods like chocolate :), in the right portions for your specific body type is key. I do need to, though, start working out because I literally have no muscle…. When I danced once of my favorite work outs was Pilates. It focuses on core strength and although difficult at times, most of the class hahaa, it was fun and the results were great! The best part about it was that it was a non impact way to exercise so I was at no risk of injury.
